Audience Development & Digital Communication Coordinator

What we’re looking for

[PIAS] is seeking an Audience Development & Digital Communication Coordinator to join our team, supporting both the growth of our artists and the communication of the [PIAS] brand.

This role sits at the intersection of music culture and digital strategy, combining audience analysis, digital communication and hands-on content execution.

What you’ll be doing

Audience Development & Data

· Analyze artists’ performance across social and digital platforms

· Define audience segments to inform release and campaign strategies

· Prepare structured reporting and actionable insights for internal teams

· Act as liaison between [PIAS] and external paid media agency

Digital Communication & Content

· Create, manage and publish content across social media platforms

· Support content calendar planning and coordination

· Coordinate newsletters (Mailchimp)

· Monitor digital platform best practices and recommend improvements

What we expect

· 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, music marketing or a related field (internships included)

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience dynamics

· Proven ability to analyze performance data and extract actionable insights using metric tools and first-party analytics platforms (TikTok for Artists, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio)

· Ability to interpret data and translate insights into concrete recommendations

· Solid understanding of paid media fundamentals (objectives, targeting, KPIs, creative formats)

· Hands-on experience creating and adapting digital content using CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

· Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with a team

· Passionate about music and digital culture

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus
