What Does the Brand & Product Team Look Like?

The Brand & Product (B&P) team sits at the heart of how Olivia Garden shows up in the market: from portfolio logic to product launches and campaigns designs.

As our Category Coordinator, you'll play a key role in making sure this ecosystem thrives, by ensuring our product categories are clear, coherent, and ready to perform across markets and channels.
Job requirementsWhat Will Your Mission Look Like?
As Category Coordinator, your mission is to support, structure, and animate our product categories, ensuring smooth rollouts, clear portfolios, and strong execution across all touchpoints & here's what you'll do:
Build & Maintain Category Foundations - Create, maintain, and continuously improve product data in our Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent information across both backend and frontend platforms.
Support Product Development & Launches - Coordinate category aspects of product development and launches by following up on timelines, ensuring asset readiness and category alignment, and preparing and improving launch materials adapted to different markets and channels.
Animate Categories & Portfolios - Support structured launches, seasonal initiatives, and portfolio updates by ensuring clear category structure, hierarchy, key messages, and visual coherence across all touchpoints.
Track, Coordinate & Anticipate - Track category actions, rollouts, and deliverables by consolidating feedback from internal teams and keeping category documentation, processes, and information accurate and up to date.
What About You?
Mindset & Execution: Structured, hands-on, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders while proactively anticipating needs and driving follow-up.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in French and English. Any additional language is a plus. You're comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel when needed.
Knowledge & Digital Savviness: Digitally curious and comfortable with tools, platforms, and processes. A first professional experience, ideally in the beauty industry, is a plus.
