Freelance Senior Strategy Consultant (Churn Management)

A banking client of mine is currently searching for a Freelance Senior Strategy Consultant to lead a campaign strategy for their customer retention squad. They are working on a cross-border project to increase client retention throughout the bank. This will be a 12 Month project with a hybrid working model of 2 days per week on site in Brussels.

Role

- Lead the campaign strategy for the customer retention division

- Create & execute impactful retention campaigns out of the box

- Lead a multidisciplinary team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists & Analysts

- Show resilience during a turbulent time of the project

- Use a data driven mindset to come up with solutions

- Provide further insights into Churn Management

Profile

- 3+ years' experience within Campaign Strategy, Churn Management & Retention

- Experience of working within Sales Division of a Financial Company

- Data Driven Approach

- Previous experience leading a team

- Show an Entrepreneurial Mindset & Can-Do Mentality

- English Speaking. (French OR Dutch is a Bonus)
