At Just Russel, we believe pets are family, and family deserves flawless service. As our Operations Hero, you're the backbone of our operation: organized, proactive, and always one step ahead. You'll make sure orders go out on time, inventory stays on point, and our warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine.

What you'll do:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using our warehouse management system

• Receive, check, and store incoming shipments, keeping our inventory organized and accessible

• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring products are handled with care

• Perform quality checks on every order before it leaves the warehouse

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times

• Track inventory levels and flag shortages or discrepancies to your team lead

• Work with our logistics partners to ensure smooth dispatch and on-time deliveries

• Spot opportunities to improve warehouse processes and workflows

Who we're looking for:

You're hands-on, reliable, and take pride in a job well done. You move fast but never cut corners. You're a team player who shows up ready to work, stays focused under pressure, and keeps your workspace organized even when things get busy.

You understand that accuracy matters, the right product, in the right quantity, to the right customer. Every time. You take ownership of your tasks, communicate clearly with your teammates, and jump in to help when the team needs it. You're physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to roll up your sleeves.

What you bring:

• 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience (e-commerce or food handling is a plus)

• Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately at speed

• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or willingness to learn

• Forklift or reach truck certification is a strong plus

• A team-first mindset and proactive attitude

Nice to have:

• Experience in food storage, handling, or quality control

• Knowledge of inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO)

• Experience working in subscription-based or direct-to-consumer operations

• A genuine love for pets
