At Spaak, we partner with leading public affairs teams to keep them at the cutting edge of AI.

We started Spaak with the belief that AI would redefine how policy is developed and influenced. Our AI-native platform for public affairs professionals improves workflows across political monitoring, document drafting, deep research, and more.

We build, test, and iterate directly alongside practitioners to turn AI development into leverage for public affairs professionals. The goal is simple: better decisions, sooner, with less noise.

The Spaak team operates out of Copenhagen and Brussels, with more cities to come.

What you'll do:

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment across the company (Commercial, Product/Engineering, Ops)

• Build true relations with candidates for critical roles

• Build internal processes to ensure employee satisfaction and culture

• Coordinate with the Spaak team and external agencies to ensure strong performance in recruiting

• Lead efficient HR operations to ensure compliance and optimal on-/offboarding across offices in several countries (Denmark, Belgium and more to come)

Who you are:

• A targeted and ambitious people / recruiting manager with a few years of experience

• You have strong recruiting and people relations fundamentals

• You're ambitious and feel best at home in fast-paced & intense environments

• You're highly structured and analytical, but pragmatic - focused on impact

• You're self-driven and take ownership of the processes and relations you build

• You're humble, collaborative, and focused on what's best for the team and the customers
