What you'll do:

• Own a feature of our product end-to-end acting as both product and technical responsible

• Spend real time with users to understand workflows and pains

• Scope new features and feature improvements together with design and

• Be an IC in our tech team and develop the feature improvements you scope

• Prototype quickly, and then build/improve into production-quality code

Who you are:

• A targeted and ambitious Product Engineer with a few years of experience

• You have strong software engineering or political background with a track record of learning quickly

• You're ambitious and feel best at home in fast-paced & intense environments

• You're self-driven and take ownership of the processes and relations you build

• You're highly structured and analytical, but pragmatic - focused on impact

• You're humble, collaborative, and focused on what's best for the customers
