For one of our clients, a leading organization with strong digital ambitions, we are looking for a Digital Analytics & CRO Analyst to support and accelerate their digital transformation.
With your analytical mindset, you will assess the impact of digital initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve performance, user experience, and conversion. You will play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights that help shape the future of the digital ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with UX Researchers, UI Designers, Product Owners, Developers, Copywriters, and other Digital Analysts in an agile, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Analytics & Measurement
- Define and translate business needs into robust measurement strategies , tracking plans, and reporting frameworks aligned with company objectives
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making
- Manage and optimize event-based analytics implementations across digital platforms
Data Analysis & Insights
- Cross-reference and analyze data from the full digital ecosystem (SEO monitoring tools, heatmaps, session recordings, A/B testing platforms, online surveys, event-based analytics solutions, etc.)
- Identify customer journey pain points and unmet user needs
- Conduct CRO audits to identify optimization opportunities
Experimentation & Optimization
- Develop testable hypotheses based on data insights and business objectives
- Design, set up, and run A/B and multivariate experiments using specialized CRO platforms
- Interpret experiment results using statistical methods to determine significance and draw reliable conclusions
- Translate experiment outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations to improve conversion, performance, and user experience
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Create clear, structured presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Act as a trusted analytics partner, able to adapt your communication to different levels of analytics maturity
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
Technical & Compliance Responsibilities
- Manage the Tag Management System and build tracking scripts (JavaScript)
- Work hands-on with SQL and BigQuery to analyze large and complex datasets
- Connect and consolidate multiple data sources to deliver relevant and reliable analysis
- Manage cookie and consent implementation to ensure GDPR compliance
Profile & Requirements
Experience & Background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital analytics and experimentation
- Proven experience in CRO, A/B testing, and multivariate testing
- Experience working in complex digital ecosystems with multiple data sources
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and BigQuery
- Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools , CRO platforms, and experimentation frameworks
- Strong statistical understanding to analyze experiment results and validate insights
Languages
- Bilingual FR/EN or NL/EN (spoken and written)
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills , able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset
