Sales Front Officer (Flemish / Dutch)

We are looking for a Bilingual English / Dutch Front Officer to join our sales team with strong commercial instincts, analytical thinking, and a passion for turning leads into long-term relationships.

Your mission:

  • Own the full sales cycle - prospect— both inbound and outbound — pitch, negotiate, and close.
  • You will assess leads needs and explain how Edebex’s platform works and the benefits of invoice factoring.
  • Request KYC and credit risk analysis from the Operations Department.
  • Negotiate and adjust contractual terms in order to adapt to the needs of potential clients.
  • You´ll be the main point of contact, building long-term relationships, and providing ongoing support and guidance through the onboarding process.

About you!

You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Finance, or equivalent. A first experience in the financial industry or in a sales environment is a plus but not a must.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an asset)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
  • Commercial mindset with a high level of energy and ambition in a performance-driven sales environment
  • Accuracy and precision are crucial for handling financial documentation and monitoring accounts.
  • Are resilient, autonomous, and results-driven, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced fintech environment.
