About the company ProNails is a premium professional beauty brand, fully developed and manufactured in Europe and active internationally through a network of exclusive distributors. The company is entering a new phase of international growth, with increasing ambitions outside Europe and a strong focus on long-term partnerships, brand value and quality. The mission of the Export Manager is to strengthen and grow ProNails’ international distributor network by building trusted, long-term relationships and helping partners perform better in their local markets. The role is about creating sustainable value through coaching, guidance and strategic insight while contributing actively to the brand’s international expansion. You act as the main point of contact for international distributors and build strong, trust-based partnerships. You analyse distributor performance and help identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing and Product Development to align international initiatives. You contribute to identifying and developing new distributor opportunities and take part in international events and key initiatives. You have experience working with distribution networks or indirect sales models, ideally in an international or multicultural environment. You are comfortable with long sales cycles and relationship-driven business models. Experience in beauty, cosmetics or premium brands is an advantage but not a requirement. You are fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are considered a plus. ProNails offers a key international role with real influence on the company’s growth and future direction.
