Our client, situated in Genk , is looking for an IT Application and Integration Manager to manage application integrations and ensure smooth collaboration between business and IT teams. Develop a thorough understanding of the business logic Maintain close contact with the business (Key-users, COO office, CIO) Problem solving : root-cause analysis, action planning and follow-up Coordinate with teams from interfacing applications: SAP Scheduling and planning software OSPC software DBA, server and network team Coordinate with the IT development team Manage development team rotation Release management (3 times per year) Manage key-user training and documentation Conduct technical reviews and manage updates (vulnerabilities, Windows server update 2026) Manage IT documentation Validation process (ServiceDesk Plus, PowerBI) English fluency is required
