The Role

We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Consultant to support a growing pipeline of public-sector and enterprise engagements in Belgium. This is a high-priority hire , made proactively to ensure delivery readiness as new work lands.

This role requires a true consulting profile — someone who can lead senior client conversations, shape solutions, and still deliver hands-on implementations . This is not a pure delivery or configuration role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead senior-level consultative discussions with clients across public-sector and regulated environments
• Design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions
• Translate business and operational needs into scalable, best-practice ServiceNow architectures
• Work hands-on across configuration, integration, and automation
• Act as a senior technical reference point for clients and internal teams
• Support knowledge sharing, coaching, and quality assurance across engagements
• Work across multiple client environments , not a single long-term assignment

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB
• Strong technical depth combined with consulting maturity
• Proven ability to both design and implement solutions
• Experience operating in public sector, government, energy, transport, or regulated enterprise environments
• Comfortable working onsite in Brussels as the default delivery model
