We’re looking for a proactive, reliable HR Generalist who can hit the ground running and deliver seamless HR support to our teams in Belgium and Luxembourg.
What You’ll Do
In this hands-on role, you will be the go‑to HR contact for employees and management. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Managing HR administration (contracts, Dimona, documentation)
✔ Responding to employee questions with clarity and care
✔ Reviewing benefits and verifying payslips
✔ Collaborating with payroll service providers (Securex, UCM, Neoviaq)
✔ Overseeing and executing payroll processes
Your work ensures accuracy, compliance, and a great employee experience.
👇 What We’re Looking For
You’re a strong match if you bring:
✅ Excellent command of French
✅ Solid knowledge of Belgian HR legislation
✅ Knowledge of Luxembourg labour law is a valuable asset
✅ Experience in payroll
✅ Experience with PC 302 Horeca is a plus
✅ Willingness to travel to Luxembourg HQ occasionally (1–2 days/week)
