Install and support PC’s (software and Hardware), printers, mobile phones, tablets, … for internal customers. Contact can be established per e-mail, phone, Teams or onsite.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software and infrastructure issues with the end-customer and ensure they are operational again in short time
Follow standard help desk procedures inside and with external suppliers.
Interested in PC hardware and peripherals
Knowledge on Windows 11, MS Teams, M365 and other basic IT applications
Good drive for problem analysis & problem-solving
