Information Technology Support Engineer


Work type : FTE ( 4 days in a week)

Contract : B2B

Duration: One year ( Extendable)

Task Description:

Install and support PC’s (software and Hardware), printers, mobile phones, tablets, … for internal customers. Your internal customers are in Belgium and abroad globally. Contact can be established per e-mail, phone, Teams or onsite.

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software and infrastructure issues with the end-customer and ensure they are operational again in short time

Follow standard help desk procedures inside and with external suppliers.

Key Skills:

Interested in PC hardware and peripherals

Knowledge on Windows 11, MS Teams, M365 and other basic IT applications

Good oral and written communication skills

Fast learning skills

Good customer service orientation

Good drive for problem analysis & problem-solving

Stress tolerance

Experience:

Candidate must have a degree in IT or has relevant experience of 18 months and has successfully done some basic IT trainings (ex. TCP/IP, Windows, …)
