ai is building Cursor for finance & strategy analysts : automating workflows across Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Chrome so analysts can focus on thinking , not document production. Unlike web-based or modelling-only tools, our platform integrates directly into analysts' native tools , fully adapted to each firm’s templates and connected to internal & external data sources. We are a team of 5 (2 founders + 3 AI engineers) backed by US & EU investors. Our engineering team is based in Brussels, while our go-to-market team operates from New York. We are hiring a Tech Lead to design and scale a secure, production-grade architecture for our AI platform. You will also take ownership of architecture, infrastructure, automation, reliability, scalability, security, and help guide fellow engineers as we scale our product, applying breakthrough technologies to reinvent ways of working across the finance and strategy industry. Own our full-stack & cloud architecture end-to-end Lead cloud architecture, deployment, and monitoring Design backend and data architecture for distributed AI systems Our Tech Stack Languages & Frameworks: Python, TypeScript, React,, FastAPI, Pydantic AI At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with strong infra/cloud/DevOps background Master’s in engineering or computer science Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus) Experience as a Founding Engineer, CTO, or senior engineer in a startup or scale-up is a plus &##Strong knowledge in Python, FastAPI, and TypeScript for building production-grade backends Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) GitHub Actions, automated testing, and deployment Ship fast : Join a small, elite founding team with full ownership from day one Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a fast-growing startup Online interview with Recruiter - 45 min Team lunch
