Job Title: Consulting Industry Partner
Location: Brussels (Hybrid)
Salary: €160,000 - €250,000 EUR (Based on experience & industry relationships)
About the role:
A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Consulting Industry Partner to lead strategic, high‑value engagements across EU Institutions / Public Sector organisations across Brussels. This is a senior, client‑facing leadership role focused on shaping and delivering large‑scale business and digital transformation programmes.
The Consulting Industry Partner acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping clients unlock value through IT‑enabled transformation, modernisation, and innovation. The role spans advisory leadership, commercial ownership, and delivery oversight, with a strong emphasis on building long‑term executive relationships and growing consulting revenues.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted C‑suite advisor on business and digital transformation initiatives
- Define and lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements across data & AI, platforms, hyperscalers, and business transformation
- Drive consulting growth by identifying, developing, and owning new opportunities within key accounts
- Take commercial ownership of consulting P&L, including revenue and margin
- Lead strategic account planning and transformation roadmaps aligned to client objectives
- Manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction
- Contribute to thought leadership, best practices, and the ongoing development of the consulting practice
- Collaborate closely with internal growth teams, client executives, and external partners
Experience required:
- Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in management or technology consulting
- Strong background in industry consulting, digital strategy, and large‑scale transformation
- Proven ability to operate and influence at C‑level (COO, CIO, CTO, CDO, transformation leaders)
- Deep commercial awareness with a track record of growing consulting accounts
- Strong understanding of process excellence, data & AI, regulation, and business transformation
- Established client network within EU Institutions
- Fluent in English and Dutch; French is advantageous
