🔍 Role Overview

As an AI Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing AI components for an enterprise-grade internal conversational chatbot . This is a hands-on role focused on model implementation, system integration, and performance improvement .

🛠 Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement AI / NLP components for an internal chatbot

✅ Build and optimize conversational AI solutions for enterprise use

✅ Integrate AI models with internal data sources, APIs, and business systems

✅ Improve chatbot accuracy, performance, and response quality

✅ Collaborate with architects, analysts, and IT teams for scalable delivery

✅ Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

✅ Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and enterprise IT standards

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

🔹 Strong experience in AI, NLP, Machine Learning, or Conversational AI

🔹 Excellent programming skills in Python, APIs, backend development

🔹 Proven ability to integrate AI solutions into enterprise environments

🔹 Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred)

🔹 Comfortable working in a regulated and structured IT context

🔹 Experience in Insurance or Healthcare is a strong plus

🔹 Fluent in English , with working knowledge of Dutch and/or French =
