Field Sales Account Manager, Belgium – New Business | Dutch & French speaking (M/F/X)
Location: Belgium (hybrid, field‑based) — office: Climalife Belgium supplies refrigerants and technical fluids and provides technical expertise and tailored solutions for cooling, air‑conditioning and heating systems. The company supports industrial and commercial clients with eco‑efficient chemical solutions backed by an international group.
We are recruiting a Field Sales Account Manager to drive new business development across Belgium while managing a focused customer portfolio. In this role, you will prospect, visit, negotiate and close deals with customers in industrial and commercial environments, working closely with Customer Service, Technical, Marketing and Quality teams.
Drive new business development across the Belgian market
Qualify customer needs and recommend products and services from the Climalife portfolio
Respond to tenders in collaboration with Sales Management and internal support teams
Track pipeline, input CRM updates, and provide regular sales reporting
Monitor sales, margin, customer satisfaction and provide market feedback internally
2–3+ years’ field sales experience, with a clear focus on new business development
~ Fluency in Dutch and French, plus strong English
~ Exposure to industrial, chemical, engineering or technical product environments
~ Full sales‑cycle ownership (prospecting, visits, offers, negotiation, reporting)
Experience selling industrial, chemical or technical solutions
Creative, proactive and willing to learn
Two to three stages: initial conversation, competency‑based interview, and an on‑site meeting in Brussels.
