Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Intern located in Brussels. The intern will assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities, conducting market research, and contributing to lead generation activities. Responsibilities include supporting the business development team, managing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Additionally, the intern will participate in strategy sessions and provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills for evaluating data, trends, and opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal (French & English)
• Experience or interest in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Customer Service skills for maintaining positive client relationships
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to responsibilities and tasks
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Understanding of the Enneagram framework is an advantage
• Interest for coaching, psychology and personal development is an advantage
