Process analyst

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for designing, reviewing and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and reviewing the current state of a business process
• Participating in business process definition workshops and facilitating stakeholders to consensus regarding new business process design
• Documenting the business process using modelling techniques and producing functional specifications
• Supporting the development, testing and maintenance of new business processes
• Building and maintaining sound relationships with key stakeholders
• Developing business process strategies regarding process governance, documentation, reporting and evolution
• Delivering of business process improvement projects within agreed timeline, scope, budget and with the right quality

Profile

• Master degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Computer sciences or any related studies
• Proven experience in Business Process Analysis (end-to-end process review, process flow mapping, change management or performing deep dive reviews to identify process and control gaps)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and handle change of priorities
• Strategic vision with operational impact awareness
• Demonstrated ability to interface positively with other departments, colleagues, senior management
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and experience in modelling languages (UML, BPMN) and tools (Enterprise Architect, Modelio, Aris, Visio, Mega, etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Team-player capable to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
