Draftsman Stability

Out client is an established architectural and engineering company based in East Flanders. They have foundation in architecture, structural design, and technical expertise . Producing detailed quantity take-offs and construction details. Reviewing drawings from external construction partners, including prefabrication and execution plans. Working closely with a structural engineer who will provide guidance and technical support. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a construction-related discipline. Solid knowledge of relevant building regulations, standards, and technical guidelines. Strong insight into construction methods and an eye for detail. Experience with BIM software, such as Revit, is considered a plus. Able to work in a structured, organized manner and meet deadlines calmly, both independently and within a team. Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and think along with the project team. Professional working proficiency in English and preferably Dutch.
