Lead the Future of IT & Cloud in a High-Growth Tech Environment We are currently supporting a confidential, fast-growing client in their search for a Manager - IT Infrastructure & Cloud to play a key role in their technological transformation. This is not just another IT role. It's a strategic leadership position at the heart of a modern, ambitious and innovation-driven organization. You will shape the way IT supports performance, security and scalability across the business. 🎯 Oversee the reliability, evolution and security of internal and hosted IT environments Supervise servers, networks, virtualization, cloud platforms, security and collaboration tools Cloud Transformation & Automation Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives Implement automation to optimize IT services and operations Structure scalable and sustainable IT processes 👥 Lead, coach and grow a small IT team Organize priorities, manage internal IT projects and ensure delivery Act as a central IT point of contact across the organization 🧠 Minimum 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure / systems / networks Proven experience in team leadership or IT project management Strong skills in Microsoft environments, virtualization, cloud and security Fluent in English and French 💥
