Talencia is looking for an experienced CRM/ERP Audit Specialist for one of his clients.

Location: Brussels

Start Date: February

Duration: 3 months (full time)

A prominent European Institution is seeking a specialized CRM/ERP Auditor to evaluate and modernize a bespoke, "in-house" solution developed in PowerBuilder. The mission is to bridge the gap between legacy architecture and future-ready business processes.

Core Mission & Responsibilities

The project is structured into four critical phases:

Process & Criticality Analysis:

Conduct a deep-dive audit of current business processes.

Identify "pain points," bottlenecks, and the significance/impact of existing system issues.

Back-End Translation:

Reverse-engineer and interpret the legacy PowerBuilder back-end.

Translate technical logic into clear functional specifications.

Process Optimization:

Propose concrete strategies to simplify and streamline existing workflows.

Eliminate redundant steps to improve institutional efficiency.

Strategic Recommendations:

Evaluate whether to evolve the current tool or build a new solution.

Define the roadmap for development, including architectural improvements for the CRM/ERP ecosystem.

Profile

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of legacy systems, specifically PowerBuilder (essential for the audit phase).

Analytical Mindset: Proven experience in business process mapping and "criticality" assessment.

Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex back-end data into high-level optimization strategies.

Communication: Excellent English skills, with the ability to navigate a multicultural, institutional environment.
