We are looking for a hands-on Security Specialist/Engineer with experience in strengthening the cybersecurity posture and embedding senior-level security expertise within the team. This role is ideal for a plug-and-play security professional who can quickly add value, collaborate effectively, and lead by example.

Key responsibilities

Own and continuously improve vulnerability management processes, from detection to remediation

Design, operate, and optimize logging and monitoring to ensure timely threat detection

Lead and support incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and lessons learned

Provide hands-on cybersecurity expertise across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments

Act as a trusted IT Security expert, mentoring team members and influencing security best practices

Profile

Strong practical experience in IT security and cyber defense

Proven ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player

Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with minimal ramp-up

Senior mindset with the ability to inject expertise, structure, and confidence into the team
