What You'll Do

• Apply Generative AI to solve complex, real-world business challenges for leading global clients.

• Join BCG’s AI Platforms Group, the firm’s global center of excellence for AI and GenAI platforms.

• Design and deliver scalable AI and Generative AI solutions, from architecture to hands-on implementation.

• Partner closely with clients to define AI strategies, platforms, and target architectures.

• Translate AI ambition into measurable business impact in collaboration with BCG case teams.

• Combine deep architecture expertise with hands-on execution, bridging Solution Architect and AI Engineer roles.

• Integrate enterprise-grade AI and GenAI solutions into existing technology landscapes.

• Work on pioneering AI initiatives in a collaborative, high-performance environment with strong training and development support.

What You'll Bring

• A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferably with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science 
• 2-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and deploying AI systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScipt, TypeScript, or R, and familiarity with AI development tools and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Knowledge of vector databases and data platforms
• Own problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done to ensure both your team and our clients succeed.
• Proficiency in explaining complex AI concepts to non-experts and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Skills in designing data models and architectures that support large-scale AI applications
• Understanding of and commitment to ethical AI development, including issues of bias, fairness, and transparency
• Fluency in English, and Dutch or French
