HR Data Operations Specialist
This role focuses exclusively on HR data maintenance and quality control within a global HR system. The HR Data Operations Specialist manages HR data requests, ensures data accuracy and performs structured, repetitive data updates in a shared service–style environment, working independently and with high attention to detail.
You will join a global biopharmaceutical organization operating in a complex international environment, with centralized HR operations and a strong focus on data accuracy, process excellence and continuous improvement.
Manage HR data requests via a case management/ticketing tool
Maintain and update employee and organizational data in SAP SuccessFactors
Process HR events (e.g. transfers, bonuses, org changes)
Perform data quality checks, validations and clean-ups
Execute mass data updates, imports/exports and reporting
Minimum 1 year of HR data maintenance experience (mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory)
Background in HR Operations/HR Shared Services or CoE
Advanced Excel skills (data cleaning, reporting)
Able to work independently and manage global HR requests
Fluent English (mandatory)
Experience with HR ticketing tools
Experience in global HR environments
