Your Role
As a Digital Trading Executive, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our online performance, customer experience and commercial results. You’ll help bring our brands to life online through flawless product execution, smart merchandising, and an inspiring shopping experience.
You will actively contribute to:
Product Set-Up & Optimization
- Collaborate closely with brand partners to upload seasonal collections
- Use our Product Experience Management (PXM) tool to enrich, structure and optimize product content
- Enhance product discovery, SEO/LLM performance and marketing feeds
- Ensure a premium, accurate and engaging product experience for customers
Product Lifecycle Management
- Publish product ranges in line with launch timelines
- Manage products from creation to promotional phases and end-of-life removal
- Oversee full-price, markdowns, promotions and clean execution of every trading cycle
Site Trading & Merchandising
- Support the Digital Trading Managers and Head of Digital in executing the trading calendar
- Drive daily trading activities: new launches, campaigns, promotions
- Optimize merchandising rules, product recommendations and on-site search
- Ensure brand content and INNO content is always up-to-date and impactful
User Experience & Journey Improvement
- Analyse performance KPIs, customer behaviour and journeys
- Identify UX/UI opportunities to improve conversion and engagement
- Work with the product ownership team to feed enhancements into the continuous improvement backlog
Analytics & Market Insights
- Monitor key metrics and event data daily
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to stay aligned with industry trends
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with content, performance marketing, analytics and product teams
- Support issue identification, troubleshooting and platform housekeeping
What You Bring
- A strong commitment to building a career in digital retail
- A university/high school degree, ideally with initial experience in e-commerce or retail B2C
- Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
- A customer-first mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Highly organised, analytical and detail-obsessed
- Able to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a plus
- Energy, creativity, initiative and passion for the INNO brand
