Your role
Join our dynamic and international HR team! You get the chance to shape our international rewards strategy for the future. You’ll report to the HR Director, work closely with the Payroll Specialist and collaborate with the HR Business Partners. You’ll be the bridge between Ostend and Europe for all reward and payroll matters. You will own the entire rewards cycle while also managing hands-on payroll for selected European countries.
Key responsibilities
Your success journey
After 30 days: Successfully complete onboarding in the Reward Cycle, initiate and progress the handover of payroll operations for a couple of countries, and gain working knowledge of the terms and conditions applicable across all operating countries.
After 60 days: Under supervision, you can perfectly process the payroll accurately. You start with onboarding for the sales bonuses and initiate the handover of reward and payroll reporting processes.
After 90 days: You establish yourself as the go-to expert for compensation questions across the organization. You manage independently the payroll for the assigned countries.
