ServiceNow Business Analyst We’re working with a leading organisation that is looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ongoing ServiceNow implementations, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and complex process design.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in fast-paced, international environments and can confidently bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between business and technical teams across ServiceNow initiatives
Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
Support and enhance ServiceNow HAM processes across the full asset lifecycle
Analyse large datasets to identify enrichment, optimisation, and reporting opportunities
Define complex business processes and workflows for development teams
Facilitate workshops, sprint demos, and stakeholder meetings
Produce high-quality functional and non-functional documentation
Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in complex environments
Required Experience & Skills
~3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 1 year working on ServiceNow implementations
~ Strong experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and asset lifecycle processes
~ Experience analysing large datasets and maintaining data integrity
~ Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (and vice versa)
~ Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA or similar tools)
~ Excellent communication skills with customer-facing experience
~ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
~ Proactive, service-minded, and adaptable to change
~ Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments
~ Experience working in international and multicultural teams
Desirable Experience
Process design using BPMN
Asset lifecycle and business process modelling
Senior-level presentations (sprint demos, workshops, training sessions)
Strong stakeholder management, including chairing meetings and managing expectations
Experience producing user guides and detailed documentation
