๐Ÿ”ง About the Role

As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Service Administration Coordinator to join an international technical organization supporting service operations in Belgium and the Netherlands .

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth service execution by coordinating between customers, field service engineers, and internal teams . This position is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a technical, customer-facing environment .

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service contracts : creation, follow-up, and renewals
  • Handle invoicing for service contracts and work orders
  • Schedule and dispatch Field Service Engineers
  • Create and follow up on service orders
  • Order and track spare parts
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality in SAP (ServiceMax is a plus)
  • Act as a main point of contact for customers regarding service coordination
  • Perform general service administration tasks

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Working Environment

  • Service Administration team of 3 people
  • Collaboration with 13 Field Service Engineers based in Belgium and the Netherlands
  • Daily interaction with technical teams and customers
  • Structured, fast-paced, service-oriented environment

๐Ÿง  Profile Weโ€™re Looking For

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service administration or customer service
  • Experience in a technical, customer-facing environment
  • SAP experience is mandatory (ServiceMax is a strong plus)
  • Experience with the Dutch market is an advantage

Languages (mandatory)

  • Dutch: fluent (main working language)
  • English: fluent
  • French: minimum B1 level
