Your role.

As Product Marketing Coordinator , you will play a central role in the marketing organisation by coordinating, managing, and securing the delivery of marketing assets across the product portfolio.

You will act as the pivot point between HQ marketing, graphic designers, field marketing teams, and external partners/agencies, ensuring that marketing assets, whether for new product launches or existing products, are delivered on time, with the right inputs, and with clear deployment guidelines in every European market.

In parallel, you will coordinate marketing activities for the Benelux region, keeping a strong connection with local market needs while operating within a structured, centralised marketing framework.

You will:

• Coordinate marketing assets (print & digital) from brief to delivery.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and workflows using Asana.
• Act as the main link between:

HQ marketing.

Graphic designers.

Field marketing teams across our european subsidiaries.

External partners / freelancers /agencies.

• Ensure assets are delivered on time and ready for roll-out

You will be the trusted project coordinator supporting the Marketing Director in turning marketing concepts and assets into concrete, live deliverables.

You will also coordinate marketing activities for the Benelux region (approx. 30%), working closely with local sales teams.

Your profile

• 5–8 years’ experience in marketing or marketing coordination
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Hands-on, pragmatic, execution-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Languages

• English: fluent (working language)
• Dutch: fluent (organisation & Benelux scope)
• French: able to read and write
