Full Job Description

We are working with a leading construction company who are looking for a HSE Supervisor to play a critical role working on hyperscale data centre project. Taking ownership of health, safety and environmental compliance and instilling a strong safety culture on site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading HSE compliance across data centre construction site
• Proactively identifying and mitigating high-risk activities
• Developing and implementing robust, safety strategies aligned to hyperscale data centre delivery.
• Conducting independent audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Working closely with contractors and project teams to embed best-practice HSE standards across site operations.
• Leading incident investigations and ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions are implemented.

Acting as a visible and influential safety leader on site, promoting a proactive and collaborative safety culture.

The ideal candidate will be Degree educated (or equivalent) in a Construction related or H&S discipline and proven track record. Experience of working within data centres and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
