Business Developer

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies to achieve the company’s goals. This position requires a talent for hunting, networking and relationship building. Your key responsibilities

· Map, prospect, pitch and close the deal with new customers across your region in a very organized way

· Follow market trends, stay up-to-date with competition and analyze customer data to improve and identify new opportunities

· Relentlessly generate new customer leads, network with potential clients and create new business

· Develop and maintain a database of contacts and leads

· Create sales presentations and demonstrate the features and benefits of our services

· Negotiate prices, contracts and close sales deals

· Secure customer excellence in offer, quality and service

· Work closely with operational and inside sales teams in Belgium to guarantee customer satisfaction

· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

· Organize regular business reviews, events and monitor customer feedback

Who we're looking for :

· A Master's degree or similar experience

· A first successful professional experience in sales, ideally within the events and/or food industry, in a hunter-type role

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills

· Great organizational and time management skills

· Strong analytical abilities

· Enthusiastic, pro-active and result oriented

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Fluency in French and Dutch
