… Then the Energy Catalyst role can be for you, your specific tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Develop energy transition roadmaps towards renewable energy or energy efficiency for industrial clients, both in kW and €
• Analyse technical and business situations related to energy (electricity, gas, heat,…) at clients, partners and other stakeholders
• Build and maintain existing client relationship and trust in a sustainable and long term perspective
• Develop sustainability solutions on consumption and/or production side
• Be able to anticipate medium and long-term needs and where needed develop proactively innovative solutions based on market trends
• Supervise and coach more junior colleagues
• Support and coach client and other team members through adapted communication
• Be a driving actor in our values #bold, #curious and #participative

The #wanted profile :

• A first 2 to 5 year proven technical experience within the (Renewable) Energy Industry or equivalent (with focus on energy)
• Master degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• Entrepreneurial and creative mindset
• Strong analytical skills , especially with energy data analytics and simulations
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Belgian (and EU) energy market and follow the latest news on renewable energy
• Client and delivery-oriented attitude, excellent communication (written and oral)
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Fluent in DUTCH, FRENCH and ENGLISH.
• Open minded to accompany our clients in the road to net zero
