We are hiring a Supplier Development Engineer to strengthen the performance, quality, and reliability of our global supplier network. This role works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Product teams, and is responsible for supplier audits, continuous improvement programs, and support for new product and process launches.

This position offers strong operational exposure and is ideal for analytical, results-driven professionals with experience in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess and audit suppliers to evaluate capacity, performance, and quality.
• Define, implement, and monitor continuous improvement plans with clear metrics.
• Support new product and process launches, ensuring quality and stability.
• Identify cost reduction and value creation opportunities with suppliers.
• Conduct on-site supplier audits and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address supply, quality, and product development challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and decision-making ability.
• Willingness to travel regularly (nationally and occasionally internationally).
• Experience in the electronics or energy sectors (preferred).
• Audit certifications (preferred).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
