ServiceNow Business Analyst (IT Asset Management - ITAM)

🚀 We’re Hiring: ITAM – ServiceNow Business Analyst (Remote)

Are you passionate about digital transformation and IT Asset Management?

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) initiatives in a modern international environment.

🔧 Your Role

✅ Gather and document business requirements for ITAM/HAM

✅ Improve workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer

✅ Support lifecycle tracking, governance, and reporting

✅ Work closely with stakeholders and development teams

✅ Assist in testing (UAT) and deliver clear documentation

✅ Present solutions to senior stakeholders

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • 1+ year working on ServiceNow implementations (HAM is a plus)
  • Knowledge of asset lifecycle and reporting
  • Agile + JIRA experience
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management
  • English & French (B2+)
