Electrical Project Manager – Data Centres (Belgium) EU passport candidates only We are supporting a leading international engineering contractor delivering large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects across Europe and are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the on-site delivery team in Belgium (Charleroi region) . This role sits at the heart of hyperscale and colocation data centre delivery, overseeing complex electrical infrastructure packages on technically demanding, fast-paced projects. Lead the full lifecycle delivery of electrical packages on data centre projects, from pre-construction through commissioning and handover Manage critical systems including LV/MV power distribution, UPS, generators, containment, and associated infrastructure Take ownership of programme delivery, cost control, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted delivery against tight data centre programmes Manage reporting, forecasting, and project P&L while maintaining strict change control Ensure compliance with data centre standards, commissioning protocols, and client-specific requirements 3–5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager on complex building services or mission-critical projects ~ Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams under demanding delivery schedules ~ Data centre, critical infrastructure, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar high-reliability experience preferred ~ Permanent, site-based role in Belgium on a major data centre project Long-term pipeline of European data centre work Career progression with a globally recognised engineering contractor
