Electrical Project Manager – Data Centres (Belgium)

We are supporting a leading international engineering contractor delivering large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects across Europe and are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the on-site delivery team in Belgium (Charleroi region) .

This role sits at the heart of hyperscale and colocation data centre delivery, overseeing complex electrical infrastructure packages on technically demanding, fast-paced projects. It offers long-term project stability and strong progression within a top-tier engineering organisation.

The role:

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of electrical packages on data centre projects, from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
• Manage critical systems including LV/MV power distribution, UPS, generators, containment, and associated infrastructure
• Take ownership of programme delivery, cost control, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted delivery against tight data centre programmes
• Act as the key interface with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders on mission-critical works
• Manage reporting, forecasting, and project P&L while maintaining strict change control
• Ensure compliance with data centre standards, commissioning protocols, and client-specific requirements

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager on complex building services or mission-critical projects
• Proven background delivering large-scale electrical packages within live or new-build environments
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Relevant third-level Electrical Engineering qualification (electrical trade background advantageous)
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams under demanding delivery schedules
• Data centre, critical infrastructure, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar high-reliability experience preferred
• EU Passport / Belgium right to work
