Global HR Business Partner


Our client is an international company, with HQ in Belgium. They are looking for a Global HR Business Partner to align HR strategies across different countries and regions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Trusted advisor to executive leadership, leading monthly strategic HR reviews and discussions across workforce planning, recruitment, talent management, and succession
  • Oversee employee experience and core people programs including engagement, reward and recognition, learning and development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
  • Align and coordinate HRBP activities globally, ensuring consistency, harmonized practices, and clear communication across regions
  • Partner with local HRBPs to implement global HR strategies while ensuring local compliance and cultural alignment
  • Execute selected executive-level HR activities, including key role recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, ad-hoc projects, and support where local HRBP coverage is limited

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Strong strategic HR leadership and ability to advise senior management on people strategy.
  • Experience coordinating HR activities across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Deep knowledge of talent management, organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Hands-on operational capability to execute HR processes when required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
