The Parliament is seeking one (1) Events Lead to join its Brussels-based Events and Content team starting March/April 2026 (CDI).
In this role, you will lead on the conceptualization and delivery of The Parliament special projects and client-led events – leveraging your experience and ideas to innovate our media events. In this position, you will also mentor and coordinate with your more junior colleagues. You will work with high-level policymakers, an editorial team, and senior clients, gaining insights into how a media business operates.
This is a unique opportunity to join the dynamic and growing team of The Parliament magazine in their Brussels office . The Parliament is recognised as a trusted source of critical information for influential policy making across the EU and it is powered by expert commentary from people at the heart of the EU decision making process and across the European capitals.
THE ROLE
The Parliament is seeking an Events Lead starting as soon as possible to produce and execute high-profile, innovative, flagship events to grow our reputation in Brussels and Europe.
The Events Lead is a senior-level role focused on creating impactful and timely ad-hoc client-led events as well as our members' series. The Events Lead is responsible for content programs, recruiting and managing top-level speakers, maintaining regular communication with partners and providers, and ensuring the successful delivery of the events – while mentoring more junior members of the team.
In this position, the Events Lead works across multiple platforms, including print and digital, and collaborate with various departments within the organization, such as Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and Production.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting date : March/April 2026 (flexible) with a contract of indeterminate duration. The position is based in Brussels with office time required as well as occasional travel.
