Manufacturing Materials Planner / Scheduler


Demand Planner Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) is a diverse region, distributing the MH brand portfolio in 80 markets, incl. 16 Discos. We represent 25% of MH total revenue and have 1,150 employees. The Demand Planner plays a critical role in optimizing our supply chain by accurately forecasting demand, managing inventory, and ensuring data integrity. This position will also be instrumental in the implementation and ongoing management of the Advanced Planning System (APS) Maestro from Kinaxis. Responsibilities of the role Forecasting & Demand Planning Monitor and continuously improve forecast accuracy by analysing historical data, market trends, and inputs from Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams. Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Forecast (S&OP) meetings, providing clear insights and recommendations to support robust demand planning. Act as back-up for Demand Planning activities across the Benelux markets, including managing the demand planning tool and generating forecasts when required. Act as a key user and subject matter expert for the Maestro by Kinaxis Advanced Planning System , starting from its implementation in mid-2026. Participate in the configuration, testing and deployment of Maestro, ensuring effective integration with existing systems and processes. Provide ongoing training and functional support to end-users on Maestro, promoting best practices and adoption. Leverage Maestro’s capabilities to optimise demand planning, inventory visibility and supply chain performance. Work closely with IT and external partners to resolve system issues and continuously improve planning processes. Inventory & SLOB Management Proactively manage Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory, defining and implementing actions to minimise obsolescence and improve stock turnover. Monitor and improve stock health for finished goods (FGs) and POS materials through regular analysis, reporting and corrective actions. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Produce and maintain Sales and Marketing reports, providing visibility on demand evolution, product performance and market dynamics. Track key Supply Chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, stock coverage, obsolescence, service level) and drive improvement plans when deviations occur. Copacking & Supply Coordination ~ Coordinate copacking activities in line with commercial priorities, ensuring timely availability of finished products and promotional items. Master Data & Systems Management Ensure high accuracy and completeness of product master data, including SKU attributes, pricing, specifications and regulatory information. Maintain and update key databases and reference tools (GS1, master files, bottle books, etc.). Manage vendor and material master data in SAP (or equivalent systems), ensuring compliance with internal standards. Lead the timely creation and maintenance of new SKUs in SAP and Aspire, ensuring all documentation, validations and approvals are in place. Professional experience & know how: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and supply chain. Experience with supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems, and demand planning software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Solid experience in Supply Chain and Demand Planning. Fluent English, French and Flemish is a plus.
