To support our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Project Management professionals to manage end-to-end projects for leading companies in sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Energy, Transport, Telecom, Aeronautics, and more. This role offers the opportunity to further develop your project management expertise while benefiting from a personalized development plan, including targeted trainings and certifications in methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Six Sigma, or PMI. Lead and manage client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery Develop and execute project plans, covering timelines, governance, risk management and reporting Drive PMO activities and optimize project management frameworks, methodologies and tools Ensure effective stakeholder alignment and communication across client teams and leadership Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks and issues and ensure value delivery Support change management initiatives and the adoption of new processes or systems Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Proven ability to lead workstreams or small teams, manage client expectations and deliver high-impact results Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior executives Experience in change management and process improvement is highly valued Experience managing IT projects (e.g., Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French (mandatory requirement) A personalized development plan with continuous training through our Centre of Excellence . ✅ Flexible working with 2–3 days of home office per week Monthly net allowances in addition to your salary Flexible collaboration for freelancers – work on exciting projects via freelance contracts while being supported by our international network.
