Hiring a Front-End Software Engineer – AI & Voice Technology We’re looking for a Front-End Software Engineer to help build the interfaces of the OS of care. You’ll work on voice-first , AI-powered applications deployed across web, mobile and real-world devices, with high ownership and close collaboration with the founding team. Our technology is already deployed on the field and used daily by hundreds of users across Belgium and France. We’re looking for a Front-End Software Engineer to help design and build the interfaces of the OS of care. You’ll work on voice-first , AI-powered applications deployed across web, mobile and real-world devices (TVs, boxes, smartphone, telephony,..). Design and build Kando’s user-facing interfaces (Web, Mobile, TV) Create voice-first user experiences (real-time audio, visualizations) Optimize performance (smooth animations, 60 fps, constrained devices) Help build and maintain a shared design system React, React Native, TypeScript, Flutter Backend : Python (FastAPI), Rust (Axum) 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience ~ High attention to UX, accessibility and simplicity ~ You write tests (unit, end-to-end) as part of your workflow ~ Empathetic mindset — building for seniors requires care and precision ~ Bonus : Flutter, backend (Python/Rust), WebSockets, audio or voice AI experience. Full-time position (CDI equivalent) ~ Based in Charleroi , with hybrid remote work ~ MacBook Pro, high-quality equipment, modern tools ~A team deeply rooted in real care environments Ambitious tech, already deployed on the field Want to help shape the future of care?
