IT Delivery Head

Job title: Delivery Head

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Language requirement: Dutch

Preferred Experience Range: 20-25 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead large teams and implementation projects of various size and scale.
• Delivery Management - Working with Business and IT team to implement large and complex programs.
• Representing our client in Management Committee & Steering Committee meetings.
• Implementing best practices for Operations Excellence.
• Supporting Sales / Solutions team in creating solutions and approach for new projects.
• Responsible to manage complex situations including multiple stakeholders with conflicting personalities and priorities.
• Responsible to understand operational challenges of our client's Delivery teams and represent and defend our client team’s perspectives.

Required skills and knowledge:

Must have:

• Should have working experience with Business and IT Delivery teams.
• Should have expertise in ensuring successful execution of projects.
• Knowledge and understanding of Application development using various Technologies like .Net or Java on Microsoft Azure Platform.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple large teams in parallel.
• Successful executions of large Projects/Programs.
• Experience of managing a large team covering both IT Applications and IT Infrastructure and Cloud Platform.
• Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders including onsite/offshore model.

Good to have:

• Knowledge on .Net. Java Technology and Digital skills.
• Experience in DevOps and Agile.
