Learning & development assistant


Phinest is a Belgian Management Consulting firm providing tailor-made services for Bel20 and Bel20-like companies. We help these leading companies deliver their key strategic projects across various sectors (Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Insurance, Retail, Transport, Public, Telecom). Trilingual Learning & Development Specialist to support learning and certification programs in a dynamic, corporate environment. Develop and manage certification schedules with training teams and key stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to support continuous employee development Design and update training methodologies in line with corporate goals, standards, and compliance requirements Ensure adherence to quality and ISO standards across all training and certification processes Manage training budgets and monitor associated costs to align with organizational objectives Identify training and development needs in collaboration with HR and business leaders Support career development by aligning learning opportunities with both individual and business priorities Master’s degree in Management, Business, Human Resources, or a related field ~5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, or PMO roles ~ Fluent in French, Dutch, and English ; German is an advantage ~ Therefore we invest in our people as of day one to support them into a blossoming career within Phinest.
