W Racing Team , known as Team WRT, is a professional autosport racing team, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Bierset, with a subsidiary in America. Apart from running various international race programs, WRT is also known as manufacturer through its subsidiary, WRT Manufacturing which develops roll cages and chassis reinforcement for several of the world’s largest works motorsport programs, including the complete build of some race cars. The Head of Accounting & Business Administration is a full-time position based at WRT’s state-of-the-art headquarters in Bierset, Belgium, directly opposite Liège Airport. The role leads the Accounting & Administration Team (5 members) and is a key member of WRT’s Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO and COO. The duties of the WRT Head of Accounting & Business Administration will include: Lead and manage monthly and annual financial closings and reporting Present financial figures and analyses to management, the Board, and other stakeholders Coordinate and prepare the annual audit with the company auditor Prepare statutory annual accounts and supporting documentation Monitor, review, and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis Manage and supervise facilities, office supplies, and vendor relationships Handle contracts and coordinate with external partners Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting & Administration Team (5 staff members) The WRT Head of Accounting & Business Administration should have the following profile : Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken Ability to manage workload and perform under tight deadlines Commitment to promoting high standards, quality of service, and team spirit Being a key member of WRT’s Management Team A competitive remuneration as a freelancer Use of the gym in our Belgium office
