Information Technology Operations Specialist


Deliverable Description:

• Master and control the technical parameters of the videoconferencing platform

and its network configuration and be able to interact at technical level with all re-

lated teams on server, network and application aspects.

• Perform the technical operation and support of each conference in contact with

end users.

• Provide reports concerning quality of conferences

• Produce consolidated reports about quality of the service and operation of the

videoconferencing service center.

• Documentation detailing changes during the period and related to procedures,

parameters and support of the platform.

• Technical report detailing metrics about service operation, including number of

conferences supported, incidents, and required improvements.

• Provision of technical support outside normal working hours/days Please note:

Payment is subject to the number of hours provided (dates and hours to be indi-

cated in the performance report)

Expertise and skills of required profile(s)

• Certified knowledge of technologies defined above. Technical certification deliv-

ered by technology suppliers will be highly appreciated.

• Excellent knowledge of the norms and standards, of industry trends and of state-

of-the-art implementation examples

• Experience with practical implementations: architecture and technology selec-

tion, installation, configuration, test, operations.

• Ability to work and communicate with end users in French and English.

• Good customer service skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding sense of proactiveness, responsibility, and reliability.

• Problem-solving mentality and be capable of prioritizing effective.

• Ability to work under pressure and to respond effectively to fluctuations in the

workload or the pace of work.

• Ability to work in a team
