We focus on pure ingredients, modern cooking techniques, and a service that makes every guest feel welcome. About the role As Chef de Partie, you play a key role within our kitchen brigade. Together with the Sous Chef and the rest of the team, you contribute to a kitchen where quality and taste always come first. Prepare and cook dishes according to Pillows Hotels’ standards Manage your own section in the kitchen Work closely with fellow chefs and the Sous Chef Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the kitchen One overnight stay including dinner for two after completing your probation period ~10 overnight stays per year at a reduced rate in our Pillows Hotels ~35% discount in all our restaurants ~ Worldwide hotel discounts ~ Access to training and courses through the Pillows Academy Experience as a (Demi) Chef de Partie or in a similar role Passion for cooking and working with high-quality products Fluent in Dutch and/or French; English is an advantage Do you already see yourself working as a Chef de Partie at Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre?
