About the role

As Chef de Partie, you play a key role within our kitchen brigade. You are responsible for your own section and ensure every dish is prepared and presented perfectly. Together with the Sous Chef and the rest of the team, you contribute to a kitchen where quality and taste always come first.

Your tasks

• Prepare and cook dishes according to Pillows Hotels’ standards
• Manage your own section in the kitchen
• Work closely with fellow chefs and the Sous Chef
• Contribute ideas for new dishes and menus
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the kitchen
• Monitor and manage stock for your section

Your profile

• Experience as a (Demi) Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Passion for cooking and working with high-quality products
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French; English is an advantage
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Structured, precise, and detail-oriented
