We have partnered with a global Pharmaceutical company based in Brussels, who are seeking a specialist in Asset Management (Engineering, Sites and Facilities). The contract will be until the end of the year and require one day per week in the office in Brussels. If you have experience in facility/maintenance management and also a project management background/interest, this role could be for you! The Global Physical Asset Management department (created ~3 years ago) is reinforcing its Asset Management Excellence (AMEX ) capabilities. This role is newly created within Engineering, Sites & Facilities and aims to deploy a new global asset management strategy, align processes between Engineering and Maintenance, and ensure adoption across multiple stakeholders. Global engineering teams - Global methods team - Delivery/project teams - Proven project/program management experience. - Experience with asset management processes. - Excellent communication and change management skills. - Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and interact with managers, executives, and external partners. - Fluent in English and French (mandatory due to diverse stakeholders). - Able to cope with complex environments, manage constraints, and drive adoption of new ways of working. -
